Same here. They all gossip, and honestly, they waste their time fooling around about 3 hours per day (being late with half an hour, gossiping, going to lunch - 30 mins is the norm, but they take one hour, going for coffee, leaving early with 15-30 min. etc.). And the general manager is just a blue pilled. As much as they disrespect him and his firm, he doesn't move a finger to put them in their place by explaining to them that isn't ok to fool around like that and to waste so much time.

I guess I'll leave after the holidays. Meanwhile, I was offered a position in an, again, all female environment (100%) - notary office - which I declined, obviously. What I'm trying to say with this is that all the office jobs are women filled and you must behave and police yourself at maximum and event then isn't ok.

I was from day one. Hell, I was even in the interview phase seen as a villain who tried to steal something from them. The general manager, which is a man, wanted to hire men, because it was in all female environment. My first colleague (female) told me that I was hired because it was too much feminist mindset in the firm, and it wasn't good.
