Because the men's rights movement isn't basing itself on identity politics. It's about egalitarianism, leveling the playing field in areas of society where men get snubbed. You don't need to have a specific set of genitals to say that or come to that conclusion.

To be clear, I am a former subscriber of TRP, so take what I say with a grain of salt. TRP advocates a strong LTR over other relationships if you find someone who subscribes to the 'women follow men' mentality. They advocate against marriage in many cases because of the way divorce laws favor women over men. The folks who never want to marry are over in /r/incels. They are the ones taking a hard line approach and saying no to it forever.

TRP shouldn't be a chamber or destination, but a tunnel that you pass through as you move your life forward. Read the sidebar links, read the top posts of all time, make a tangible plan for meals/exercising/plating/etc, then commit to those plans. It's not enough to be motivated - you must be disciplined. After all of that, no one is going to give a fuck about you (because they'll see you as an employee, or a networking contact, or a walking ATM), so you gotta learn not to give a fuck either. Th…

The relevant portion of this article is here, in this graph. 29% of sampled Hillary supporters said that a major reason why they support her as a candidate is because "she would be the first woman president". 29% is anything but a small portion. If we only count the people who voted for Hillary in the primary (~15 million total), that means at least ~4,350,000 people in the US think that having a vagina is a major reason to vote for a candidate.

I have a friend who's a cop in Texas, and apparently there are lots of people who try to bribe their way out of tickets and arrests. He said most people try to bribe him with the cash they have in their pockets (almost always less than $100), but one guy being busted for drugs tried to bribe him with $3000. Being a stand up kind of guy (who's always being recorded on-duty), he turns down all of them.

13-year-olds, regardless of gender, do not have fully-developed minds. They're hormonal, impulsive, and inexperienced. Regardless of how the child thinks they feel about it, the adult in the relationship is taking advantage of their mental malleability. People are arguably not fully developed mentally until their early 20s.

In addition to jail and losing her teaching license, McConoughey is now a Tier 3 sexual offender, the highest level, requiring her to register with the Union County sheriff's office every 90 days for life. She also faces five years of community control which could result in further sanctions if violated and 500 hours of community service teaching female inmates. Okay, so it's more than just a jail sentence. Good. Still not comparable to the typical male sex offender's punishment, but it's not as…

The "office manager" (i.e. secretary) from my last job is in that position. Her job duties were to take calls (which there weren't many for our small office of 8 people), make copies, "run errands" for our female head director, and take care of travel forms. Scratch that. I took care of business travel documentation because she said "I'm not sure how to do this - the website layout changed on me since the last time I was there", then gave me a pouty face. Plus, the only thing she did on the phon…

Weird pixellisation around the speech bubbles Imgur compresses images when they are uploaded to the site. This is done in order to save space on servers. The downside of this compression is that your image quality suffers due to artifacting. What you are seeing in OP's image is an example of artifacting (except for the pixelation/blurring over the contact's name - that was done deliberately to avoid doxxing). There's no backstory to be found The relationship between these two people is establish…

accuse the guy of forging this conversation or fucked up shit like that. Which is what a lot of people in this thread are doing w/o pointing out any particular piece of evidence to support such a claim.

Why? Because a woman is the culpable party in a creepy conversation? If it's so obvious, point out exactly which parts are fake.

I'm still figuring out where TRP stands on different issues, especially complementarianism and who that applies to. Thanks for clarifying.

Hi /u/GayLubeOil, it's me, /u/Scarbane. I'm a relatively new member of TRP (subbed for ~3 months) and I'm learning a lot from most of the posts that are upvoted here. TRP puts a lot of its focus on sexual strategies for straight males (if not all of its focus). Straight men are broken down into alphas and betas, and women, within the confines of sexual strategery, are all one group (AWALT principle). That's the gist of it, yes? Your post discusses cultural normalization, and how media conglomera…

Together only 3 months and she's already seriously bringing up marriage? Sounds like textbook Post-Wall behavior.

I can already imagine those women going to previous employers, lawyers in tow, asking for back pay/alimony for all those hours they didn't work when they were staying home with the kids.

It's like people think it's some big joke when men get their drinks drugged! Outrageous! Even the woman who called out the actress spiking the drink had spoken to the actress beforehand about the state of her outfit, saying "Don't be too nervous, he's just a guy". "Pussies are worth something, cocks are free." AWALT

Eh, I'm just speaking from my own experience. When it comes to religious chicks, results may vary. When it comes to slut-shaming, AWALT.

"religious girls who won't suck dick" Amen to that. It's like they're slut-shaming themselves in addition to other women doing it.
