a whole bunch like 5-10 for 3-4 days a week in college, gyms, parks wherever i was, it takes time to build tolerance to it but then you hit the point where you just don’t care anymore and get some experiences that make it all worth it, On handling rejection don’t ignore it sit with it for a little bit the more you bottle up your emotions the higher the chance for you to crash out in the future over something small.

I have a friend that has really good text game and got a gf that way this summer before the fall semester even started, it’s all abt self respect dude be chill escalate conversations to face time schedule dates around the campus for next month and go for multiple girls at the same time to eliminate needyness until the lead is solidified
