Yeah, totally agree. Being part of the group is more important than facts or accuracy. I've heard there is a different power dynamic between men and women. Unscientifically: Men are more likely to resolve their dispute in physical dominance (or what amounts to physical dominance). Is there a rational explanation for this? It seems like they are purely coming from an emotional standpoint and won't listen to reason. It's like the "psuedoscience" of "hysteria," which, looking back on it, doesn't seem so far-fetched lol. Women are prescribed psychiatric meds at twice the rate to their male counterparts in the US today. Not sure if this is true, but I remember hearing there being different displays of societal hierarchical dominance between men and women. Men typically use fists to enforce complicity and women typically use shame to enforce complicity.

Goddamn provide a TLDR LOL. From what I read, your feelings are shared and communally agreed upon. You're venting, frustrated, and worst of all, incapable of implementing a widespread change for the betterment of the community (or having difficulty in starting). I'm not assigning blame when I say this: have you tried starting a mens group in your area? In the current zeitgeist, this might be your only option.
