That was someone else telling her to hit the black kid. Likely the dumbshit recording.

She grabbed him by the hair and tried to hit him a bunch of times before he even retaliated, are you that fucking dumb or blind? It was a fight from the outset.

There's nothing quite like sending unsolicited nude photos of yourself, to prove that you are attractive and wanted. 🤦‍♂️

Again, I never said they were infallible. When a black man and a white man were governed differently, that's because there were literally laws for blacks and whites. This is a law that defines rape as : unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim. Statutory rape is : sexual intercourse or other sexual relations with a person…

No, it implies we have different laws for different crimes, because they carry different sentences and definitions.

Not rape. Statutory rape. Huge distinction, one is a violent crime the other is not. If they were the same, we wouldn't have different laws for them.

Yeah this post confirms it, you are daft. That wasn't a strawman you idiot, it was an analogy. But, I'm done with your stupidity.

You know what I meant.

Jesus, are you seriously this daft? The punishment is handed down by the courts, not people/victims. We live in a civilized society, everyone is subject to being protected by the law. Not just people who don't break the law. If someone rapes someone else, it doesn't all of a sudden make it legal to rape the rapist, that would be illegal. The same way contacting their employers and place of learning to tell them and get them fired is illegal. How the shit does this actually need to be explained.

Not sure about the US but, I'm pretty sure in Canada that still counts as discrimination and would be subject to a lawsuit. The issue I think is proving that to be the reason.

If you want to see a strawman in action, look at what someone said to me here: hmm I know you guys hate women here but seriously, you want to protect rapists from punishment now? Yeah, you're totally right.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man Just FYI. So, you think rapists should be protected from people knowing that they raped someone? Because that's what I'm talking about. No, that's literally what the sex offender registry is designed to do. So what you're advocating is that someone should be protected from everything? That's sounds like some special snowflake bullshit. What I'm advocating is people obeying the law. Despite your pathetic attempt to paint me as a woman hating rapist sympathi…

You're advocating that someone shouldn't be protected from something. That's what laws are for, that's why rape is illegal. So yes, rapist or no, he should be protected from someone else breaking the law and violating his rights. 2 wrongs don't make a right.

I'm pretty sure what she's doing whether or not he was found guilty, is still illegal.

But honestly the inconclusive rape-test makes me wonder how/why she was allowed to ruin his life so much. What exactly about this is inconclusive? A months-long investigation, which included a medical exam, rape kit and bloodwork within 26 hours of the incident, found no evidence Reddington was assaulted, drugged or even had a sexual encounter with Goldman, according to court papers and the District Attorney. Or this? Investigators found it “impossible to determine what, if anything, occurred th…

hat will be a interesting background check and he will likely be denied. Why? He was found innocent. Never had charges brought against him.

Sorry, but as someone who lost their virginity on my own terms as an adult, I'm not going to feel sorry for a child that was raped Um. rape [reyp] noun unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim. Now if you wanna say statutory rape, then yeah. But, let's not equate some kid who was probably 100% DTF with forced intercourse,…

On the other hand, you'd have a lot less cleaning up to do if you lived in your own place not having someone else pay the rent ;)

Gender does not equate with strength. It literally does. Males of almost all species tend to be the physically stronger and larger of the two. And that is certainly the case in Humans. Males on average are much larger and stronger than our female counterparts. Do you even think before you type?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
