Keep your lips soft, but not floppy, like you're eating a cone of soft serve froyo

He feels he does. We all live at exactly our potential. Our potential extends to our ability to make intelligent decisions, not just how effective we'd be presupposing good choices.

Yeah exactly. The adoption of the rugby tackle is probably going to be the biggest long-term quality-of-life improvement for players in a very long time.

To be fair, the concussion issue needs to be addressed. It would just be nice if it weren't leveraged in such a petty way.

Perhaps traditional conservatives, but not the modern brand of neoconservative nonsense that the right wing caters to these days. Ron Paul is constantly making fact-based claims, supported by substantive arguments and evidence, whereas all I see from most "conservative" politicians these days is emotional appeals to people's xenophobia, assumed self-righteousness, and blind patriotism.

But what if a man were to ask a drunk woman to drive him home? If she were to get pulled over and claims she didn't want to do it, but he made her drive, would he be charged with the DUI? Ninja edit: Beyond that, what if she, aware of her drunken state, offers an unaware male home then makes that claim?

LOL you die a spiritual death when you give up on materialist society and the culture of conspicuous consumerism? You may be misusing the term "spiritual death."

It's definitely socially contagious, or it would never spread. It's not people going, Hmm, I feel particularly worthless and susceptable to vice today. Maybe I'll just run to CVS and pick up some heroin so I can become the valueless drain on society I've always aspired to be.

Normally I like the stuff on this sub, but this is such a fucking shitpost. Addiction, especially to drugs like alcohol and heroin, whose withdrawal symptoms can easily kill you, is a health issue. The desperate non-violent criminal acts are symptoms. He isn't the drain on society you claim he is; his alcohol and heroin addictions are parasitic to both him and society, threatening him with a miserable, suffering death if he doesn't comply with the demands of his addictions. Congratulations on yo…

The fact that there are a vast number of businesses that fail is a testament to how easy it is to find investors for any ideas, even bad ideas. If you do happen to have a good idea, things will fall into place much more easily.

I think there's a lot of self-deception in play. When you say, "I like strawberries," it's probably not because you weighed the pros and cons, did a lot of research, and decided on an intellectual level that strawberries were worthy of your approval. You see one and your brain goes, hey, food, and you haven't eaten in a few minutes, so you eat one, your brain interprets the signals from your tastebuds, it generates for your conscious a positive or negative sensation, depending on whether your bo…

Probably not the only one, but it's extremely distasteful to go spouting shit against the largest ethnic group in the world, especially considering how likely it is that at least a handful will read your comment. We acknowledge statistics as they apply, but we're not bigoted. Keep this shit on your white supremacy forums please.

And the spoiled bitch sons that sometimes pop out. You know, the kind that they pamper to shut them up, but that they'd never hand the family business over to.

The issue is I don't think being a slut is an inherently bad behavior. Sure, it definitely negatively impacts how she's perceived and her ability to maintain a LTR, given their increased proclivity for cheating, but in the end, they're only hurting their own chances at reproductive success and their own image. If they're OK with that, I am too. Doesn't mean I want to date them, but I don't think it's a necessarily bad choice. Rape, on the other hand..

As much as I agree with TRP philosophy, that's a shit example. Being a slut is a victimless non-crime, whereas rape is the exact opposite. A better comparison would be something like a drug addiction.

Though it likely has boosted the egos that didn't need it (the ones who get the most attention and likes; the same is probably true in real life), I would argue that social media in general has had a negative effect on the average female ego, just because they constantly compare themselves to the girls in their networks. Which girls show up the most? The ones that get the most attention and likes. Now, take those girls out of the equation, add a direct mechanism for generous male validation, and…
