Mike Rowe Gives The Best Advice Ever. - Chicks on the RightIt's not that they were saying alpha=selfish, it was that the fastest way to be alpha is to be selfish in everything. I don't believe that you have to become egotistical and so self centered to get what you want in life, but it probably is easier. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/04/14 09:27 AM
I've realized that I'm a plan B kind of guy and I'm bitter about it.I second that. Also making eye contact last so long that they have to look away is extremely useful when you want to make a strong impression. I had a job interview and part way through I remembered do exactly that. She hardly looked at my resume after that point. Subconsciously it tipped the interview in my favor and I was hired almost right away. Unfortunately I will have to do a lot more than just hold eye contact to keep the job. It works wonders but only goes so far. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/04/14 07:09 AM
Mike Rowe Gives The Best Advice Ever. - Chicks on the RightI think it's interesting that you point out how alpha Mike is. The last TRP post I just read told me that the number one way to be alpha is to be selfish and yet that characteristic seems completely opposite of Mike's personality. He is wholesome, rugged, and well spoken and even more so after touring the country to find the hardest and literally shittiest jobs out there. His alpha status is determined by an entirely alternate set of characteristics which counter the "selfish" arguement. It's re… | /r/TheRedPill | 21/04/14 06:05 AM
Losing female friendsI can agree with this post. When a "friendship" starts it's because of one of these three scenarios. However; after a long enough length of being friends with that person that initial attraction fades. After a few years it's easy to be friends with a girl and have a bond that doesn't feel too far off of what you have with a bro. You can bluntly be yourself and they see you now as a person they connect and relate to, instead of what they can get out of knowing you. The feeling you have for them i… | /r/TheRedPill | 10/04/14 01:36 AM
We are gaining mainstream attention. RedPill mentioned in feminist rant in BC paper.I think that's why 9, 10, and 11 are the exact same thing, just divided into different points. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/03/14 09:13 PM
“I’ve been hurt in the past.”I had a scenario not quite like this one, but earlier on in the relationship she tried pulling the "well looks like I'm not giving you sex." I hadn't done anything wrong to deserve it, she just wanted to establish her vagina's authority over me. We were in a bar somewhere with friends. I responed loud enough for them to hear. "I at least still have two hands, a heart beat, and a high speed internet conection." Needless to say she was pissed. I made her authority irrelevant and established my own… | /r/TheRedPill | 18/02/14 07:23 PM
[FR] How I Escaped the Friend ZoneI think it's unfair to be so harsh on the kid. Some of you make it sound like he just has turn down the suck knob and rise to the ocassion. It may hold true but it's not something that just happens instantaniously. It's a lenghty proccess of denial and error, opps, make that trial and error. There are plenty of places where we can pick out the mistakes made from our 'I know better' positions of experience. Instead view this as a stepping stone to the man he wants to be. I think the one thing he … | /r/seduction | 26/01/14 06:03 PM
