| 6 | No fap, dopamine dulling..and it's effectsMy general question to no fap is: Is it just overfapping to porn that's bad or simply the chemistry in ejaculation. So would sex 4x a week be bad? Or just if I fap every 2 days | /r/TheRedPill | 27/05/17 11:52 AM |

| 5 | How I practised philosophy and self-improvment through sportAgree with this, I've been practicing martial arts for 7 years now (some BJJ in the last year) and it is by far the best tool for learning to be humble and keeping ego in check. Also I've found that it can teach you not to go 100% at the wrong time(analyzing situations), as you know from BJJ going hard for 1 min and you're done for. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/05/17 07:32 PM |
