6-Year LTR: I Let Myself Go, She Became an Athlete Who Travels. How Screwed Am I?I was being a bit hyperbolic so that new guys can get it through their head. It’s more that women don’t initiate in a hyper logical way. It’s extremely rare for them to outright say “hey wanna fuck?”, instead they will shake their ass at you, bat their eyes, and maybe even climb on you. Many of them innately fear rejection, so their form of initiating always has an element of plausible deniability in case you say no. Most guys sit around and mope that their wives never outright say they want sex… | /r/askMRP | 15/10/25 01:48 PM

Is this an issue or is it just me?Genuinely asking, why never share sexual past information? | /r/askMRP | 10/04/24 02:27 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideMy original point and opinion is that anyone mid 40s or older that has never properly lifted should not be doing heavy sets where they might fail at 3 reps. It’s a recipe for fucked up shoulders / back etc. Mass can be very effectively gained in the 8-12 hypertrophy range while significantly minimizing risk. This is my opinion and warning to those specific dude, you’re welcome to disagree but I frankly don’t care | /r/MarriedRedPill | 27/03/24 06:43 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideAnd if you fail after 3 reps that is now your 3 rep max. Congrats, you did exactly what I said you would. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 27/03/24 12:32 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideRead my new comment to him. I’m not criticizing, I’m trying to prevent some dumb fuck recently divorced and untrained 45 year old from jumping in to a program that will give him a herniated disc within months. You’re 29, you don’t train like or with middle aged dudes. It’s different and there’s nothing wrong with stating so. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 10/01/24 09:00 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideGSLP is a linear progression 5 rep program, meaning you add weight pretty much every week. Inevitably you’ll stall and be performing your 1-3 rep max as you fail trying to hit 5. You ok chief? | /r/MarriedRedPill | 10/01/24 08:56 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideMy argument is that an untrained 40+ year old should not be doing a ton of 1-3 rep bench press / squat / deadlifts. Doing so is a guaranteed way to eventual injury. You have a much lower chance of injury with hypertrophy exercises and rep ranges (~8-12). This is true for everyone, but especially important for middle aged men. Everyone still needs to exercise, but a single recipe applied to every individual is not the way to do it. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 10/01/24 08:39 PM
How To Get Jacked - A Beginner To Advanced GuideIf you’re in your 20’s yes, but late 30s/40s guys should be very cautious of heavy ass compound lifts, risk of injury shoots up with age. Inb4 “iM 47 aNd hAVe NEveR hAd aN INjuRy” IQ 80 guy | /r/MarriedRedPill | 10/01/24 03:52 PM
Is it bad your (ex) wife started dating so soon? They may not date down but they’ll definitely fuck down. People in general make bad decisions often, women aren’t an exception. Lots of reasons to dump you, being too boring and nice is often enough reason for them to move on. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 26/12/23 04:56 AM
