OK. No charges without evidence. In MG's case there were no charges. There was an investigation that led to the DA not prosecuting. Accusation and investigation do not equal criminal charges. Cheers man. Gotta have everybody working together to fit something equal. Rejecting arguments out of hand could lead us to missing opportunity or participating in an equality discussion with our fingers in our ears. Understanding a universally agreed set of rights for two (or more) segments of the populations who are biologically different is going to require a lot of thought and discussion.

This is definitely an issue of trust, and an uncomfortable one at that with the intimacy and connection that I believe everyone wants to establish in consensual encounters. Creating safety nets can be dangerous as well, with false guarantees or assumed consent. Yup, your points are pretty solid. Directly observable facts makes for easy science. Indirectly observable facts are the breeding ground for misunderstanding, due to the subjective nature. Assumption must be made to fill the gaps.
