I went over reccodmended doses (highest dose I took was 4000 mg) but I spaced it out in 1 day breaks and only 3 times a week so I had no withdrawals. I even mixed it with kratom which is my absolute favorite drug of all time. I suggest when you first take it try a 500 mg dose as an allergy test.
