1	Planning your finances is mostly common sense and time tested advice. Money matters. This is the way! It’s a life hack. Especially considering that you can use an FHA loan, 3.5% down payment, on up to a 4 unit property!! Granted you have to pay PMI, but I’m fine paying that for now. Well I’m letting my tenants pay it lol. It’s the cost of doing business to get such a low out of pocket expense!	/r/TheRedPill	18/02/21 06:00 PM
