I agree. Although this specifically should never be tolerated. In the U.S. We do incarcerate people way to much and for way to long.

Actually public masturbation in public libraries happens quite often. A friend of mine works in the one here in o-town and like most libraries its in the center of downtown, lots of homeless and free internet. Homeless get horny too,she tells me they just ask them to leave. Apparently they have a whole policy on how to deal with it.

In this instances wouldn't it also be possible that she's being indecisive and using her friend to get another perspective on the OP? So wouldn't one option be to play it aloof and invite both of them somewhere where you were going to meet up with say a group of yours?

After reading through these comments I feel I must ask. Is depression a natural emotion or really a sign of deeper emotional issues requiring counseling? I have always assumed it/read that it was natural and felt with it as such. Right now Although I have started lifting , and achieved a lot of my short term goals. Lately it has all felt empty as I work through the lull between moving on to my next phase . Thoughts?

No your exactly correct. The difficulty is it takes individual initiative. Not every child who is born into family can figure that out or even has the opportunity to think about it. As someone who is both African American and Hispanic American you'll find you are Alienated from those cultures if you do not embrace the stereotypical culture model. It sickens me that because I embrace my education , jazz and quality hip hop I'm not considered black or Latino. But sadly this is how it is and I'm not sure how it got that way.

I never worked out seriously before in my entire life. So I have stuck to the basics, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, basic free weights and running. I've lost 15 pounds . It's a step.
