Same here. Women were a huge motivation. I worked out for me, AND to make my gf happy, knowing that she has a hunk as a bf. The problem was that I lacked consistency. After the breakup, and overcoming red pill rage and becoming mgtow, i am now working out for myself. I have been doing so for the past year. And the consistency is unbelievable. Its just part of myself. If it is someone that I hope not to let down by not working out, that is myself. I do not want to dissapoint myself.
