I’m not sure about that, the man was really resilient and held back entirely for a while until realizing she wasn’t gonna stop then he used self defense, I do think he went a little too far bashing her skull in (exaggeration), but I think he just kinda got swept up in the motions of a fist fight And honestly, don’t attack someone expecting them to hold back at all, so it was also partially her I dunno much about law but I don’t think she needs jail time but idk Yea those are my thoughts
