1	Are some people missing a gene for this? Honestly it still sounds like you're still over complicating it. There's one piece of advice I learned regarding getting yourself started for a process or event that helps a lot especially when you don't want to do it. To get the motivation to do something the reverse order actually helps, that is action comes first, then motivation, then action.
