That was not the love of your life. I’ve been there too, so I do understand that you feel that way, but someone who deserves you will come along !

I moved right into another apartment, from the house. But if you are struggling to make ends meet right now, maybe look for a roommate ?

I didn’t take that chance. And sometimes, there are regrets on that side, yeah

I hope that works. But careful. Not everything grown from the ground is safe.

I agree with the above comment and would add that some people are just hateful. Maybe you didn’t see it before ? And some get angry bc of what all they are losing, despite whose fault it is. I know it doesn’t make sense.

Awesome post, and I def upvoted it. But I’d be careful of self medicating with anything. Kratom is not an innocent plant. Please don’t drive on it either. But maybe professional advice and meds if they prescribe. Loved this post anyway. You can still salvage your marriage if you want to.

I laughed. Hey, this relates back to those unrealistic expectations. Let her go see ..

If her game is to do these types of things where you have to hurry and get legal advice, do it. Some people will do things like that to force you to hurry up and make choices. Know your rights for sure ! So sorry, man

They all want it all. But mine hated this boy. When he was younger, he tore a few things up, and was actually one of the reasons we divorced. She wanted me to find him another home. But I was committed. And attached. And I got tired of deferring to her for everything. There comes a point when the line is drawn. Too many issues. And some requests just unreasonable. That’s why I say sometimes divorce is just necessary.

Divorce is sometimes necessary and not all bad. Just saying. ... I mean, after you start healing ...

Sometimes it be like that I went through the same thing. But it’s hard to change others. You can only change yourself

I understand how you feel (she may be manipulating you with the threat). But those type of threats must always be taken seriously. I’m sure you can see why. But my question is - if you both want to get back together, why do you come and go ? I’m confused. But I wish you the very best of luck. I actually Have been in a similar situation, but I say similar because I wanted out and eventually had to call the police during one of her threats. But a completely different story. Be careful my friend.

Dude. I am so sorry. It is a relatable story for me. Been there and done that, but it still hurts from time to time if I think about it. For me, I believe we both should have worked harder to correct the problems, but in the end, I think she was already headed that way and there really were too many issues to correct. But I try to remember too, you shouldn’t beg someone to stay in your life. Good luck to you 🍀

Time heals most everything. Also, a conversation with someone else there is nice. At some point, I was you, but after 7 years, I let it go. But starting over isn’t always easy. It’s work. ? Good luck to you 🍀

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
