I think teachers are just a lot more lenient towards women. Like if a girl walks out during class or shows up late, they’ll just say they’re having mental problems or something. But if a boy does the same thing it’s inexcusable.

They are allowed to join the armed forces. It’s the fact that they aren’t required to sign up for the draft, so not as many of them are casualties of war.
