He was naked in his own home. Every, and I mean every question after that as to "why" doesn't matter. She entered his home and filmed him, invaded his privacy, his domain and sanctuary in a blatant attempt to get "hush money" out of doors dash. She played the victim card so damn hard, too, but reality is what it is. She's a predator

Did she say "stop" (which is clearly withdrawal of consent), or did she say "it hurts" (which can be open for discussion)? One is an absolute, and the other is a statement. I've had an experience where the woman said "that hurt" so I stopped and she asked why, I said because you said "that hurt" she replied, "yea, but a good hurt." So that's why I'm asking for clarification.

The legal paperwork she signed is labeled and notarized "Married man, Sole and Separate Property." From what I've seen and read it seems that she can take everything but the home. But I am not an attorney so 🤷

Nope. House is solely in my name and she signed off saying as much. When the disability hit got a settlement, not much at all, but enough I paid my home off. I can't risk pulling a mortgage

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
