What’s the issue at hand?

Laws of Human Nature. This will create a concrete foundation for your later development.

Testosterone, drive, energy. Ultimately, confidence too.

Over preparing is anxiety. Anxiety is defined as a lack of information to feel confidence, therefore you want to gain as much information to make the right decision. You’re just anxious.

Nobody knows what’s in your head. Why don’t you sit and think this through without getting restless.

You’re overthinking this. Text her already.

Do it more often, it will grow on you. Dominance is a trained and practiced byproduct of confidence. Confidence grows from being good at something. You build dominance by knowing you’re a professional at what you do and nothing can stray you off the path. Dominance is created by successfully suppressing the amount of shit tests you’re exponentially getting thrown at you as you get better at X. You can use that in every facet of you life and carry over to different situations and simulations like…

Women are a crust to your pizza. No more, no less.

“No” just means “not yet.” When she tells you no, pull back without acknowledging the shit test. Talk about whatever and carry on kissing. Do it again and again. You gotta build enough attraction and act more dominant. She’s sensing you’re insecure or needy. Act like it’s no big deal, just another bed time routine. Logistics are the hardest part. Once she’s home, it’s practically done.

Only you can make your bed. Play her or get played. Time will tell.

Throw that cigarette out. Delete the mirror selfie. The other one too. Drop the dog, she’s not dating it. Some girls might smoke and you can enjoy it too, but you’re shooting yourself in the dick flaunting that shit around like it’s a part of your personality. Get higher quality pics, they’re a game changer. Got on tinder two weeks ago, 110+ matches & 90 liked so far. I can’t even be bothered to respond to new matches anymore as I took 10 numbers of the hottest Thoterellas & they’re hitting up m…

Social media is a supplement. Useful but not necessary, and definitely not the foundation. Put yourself out there. Invite people to your place. That’s the easy approach. The harder one is to join a clique and go from there. Aside, no one tells you to not use social media. If it gets you closer to your goal, do it.

When you see a female what do you do? You wrap your arm around her, that’s your natural reaction (it should be, depending on the setting, which I assume is not a C-Suite hall). As you do that, go for what’s in your way. If your attraction is high, go for the soup coolers. My go-tos are cheek, neck or forehead. Again, depends on the setting. The reason I don’t go for lips at hello is because I want to set that hooker-client frame from the get go, also make her work for it.
/r/askTRP01/12/19 02:34 PM

Always go for whatever’s in your way: lips, cheek, forehead, whatever. Don’t make it non-human.

This is the truth on which the billion dollar therapeutic and medical industry hangs on. I don’t believe in anti-depressants. Never took them myself, so I might as well be wrong. The people who’ve taken them have all told me they feel miserable and empty. Last Friday I was with this bi-chick who had been offered several threesomes this month but denied and flaked them all due to a lack of energy and overall blues. Her diet is on point, she doesn’t drink a lot, has a proper sleep schedule - the w…

What would you recommend for a bulking diet then? I’m talking 3,000-3,500 kcal daily (mainly carbs), busy schedule.

Meditating 3 times a week gives you bupkis. Might as well do a push-up a day. You need a solid 10-20 minutes time slot every day around the same time to get the results you think you can get. As for the rest: pick one thing e.g. lifting, focus 100% on it for 3 months. Get disciplined at it, and make it manageable. Then move on to whatever else.
/r/askTRP02/11/19 11:24 PM

It’s realistic but it’s not going to work. You should focus on one thing, max three. Where focus goes energy flows. That approach gets you the fastest results. You can do you, but you’ll be all over the place and nowhere at the same time.

From personal experience, no. I needed cash to bootstrap my business after running out of funds before August. Got a job mid-August. I was the new guy. I was a nobody. But I wasn’t going to be average even if the position wasn’t really a priority in my mind. Fuck that Fiat work ethic. So I started applying TRP principles at work from the get go. Ended up being the best young salesman for the corporation in the nation for 3 weeks in a row. The manager would probably butt-fuck me because I’m makin…

Don’t listen to the autistic advice others give you. At least you’re trying. Women enjoy the attention you give them. You’re making yourself their jester. You’re the one entertaining them. No wonder the guy left in one of your examples. He knew, and so he left the scraps for you to pick up. You’re most likely escalating in the wrong places. Isolate the chick. A fucking dance floor isn’t a place to get her number or compliment her—it’s a place to dance and have fun. Talk to her while she’s gettin…

Become self-sufficient. Autarky the hell out of your life. You can’t architect Rome over night, but you can sketch a blueprint and chip away at it. The process of doing it is the crucial part, because once you reach independence in one area, you’ll feel lost and possibly alone again. That’s because reaching your goal is the ultimate failure of human drive and persistence. Simply put the more you have the more you want. A poor man wants to get rich, whereas a king wants to rule the world.

You know your problems already. You know what you don’t have and what you need to have in order to “start going out alone.” It seems to me like you’re just looking for validation from us.

I can tell you the best line there is. She’s going to melt instantly. Ready? “Hey, how’s it going “ Don’t overthink it. You’re on a train for a reason—to get somewhere. Everything else is just a filler; a noise.

Lifting goes a long way. It’s the foundation for everything you attempt in life. Game makes it easier. You’d be surprised how many people lack both. Three to six months of focused and disciplined lifting will increase your SMV by 2 points at least. After 2 years of weightlifting, you’re a completely different person. Incels are shy, anxious, and live purposeless lives. If you’re not shy, anxious, and have somewhat of a purpose in life, you’re not an incel.

If you want to move somewhere for women, you’re shooting yourself in the kneecap. Get your 4 weeks of holiday, go to the US—Cali, Vegas—whatever. Live there for a month. After around 2 weeks the touristy feeling wears off and you start to assimilate. That gives you 2 weeks of feeling like a local. Now that’s vacation time. After that, imagine your happiness is 20% lower due to your working schedule. Your money goes everywhere because it’s the U.S., and not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Un…

I have personal experience only. I’d say it counts but it doesn’t give me a certificate. You get anxiety when you’re isolated, because being alone becomes a habit. You fight anxiety by being confident and being in the moment. Medications aren’t the best route as there are is a plethora of side effects. They’re most likely the easiest way to get rid of anxiety short term, but you become dependent on them. You beat anxiety by becoming good at something valuable to the society or community around y…

Insults work more on the British. If she’s around 16-24, cocky & funny will do wonders for you. Don’t be afraid going over the board sometimes. Just yesterday, I saw a high 8. Decent rack, long legs. Works out. Opened with a “Hey, you look like you’re not in the mood based on your resting bitch face.” Turned out she had a migraine & ended up giving me her # just because I actually chatted her up & wasn’t “like the other guys.” Young girls like it if you give them shit because it’s all banter, an…

I was waiting for that comment. I was in a similar situation back in 2015. I was 18 at the time. School, work, yadda yadda. Had to be the home’s piggy bank. Move out. Go cold turkey on your family. That’s the only way they’ll respect you and your boundaries. You’re their addiction, or your paycheck is. You make 3X more than your mom? Either she works part time or she’s not really trying, or she’s an Uber-inefficient human being (assuming everything is okay with her, as you mentioned above somewh…

Too much of everything is not a good thing but it does slap you in the face with an epiphany. Doesn’t matter whether you listen to any of our advice, you still have to learn from your own mistakes. That might be the only way for you to learn given that you still haven’t figured out how to stop it. Just do it. Go after it until you reach a point where you start feeling empty on the inside and have to force yourself to make a change. For most of us it’s the only way to learn and make drastic chang…

Find something you’re good at that’s more or less valuable to society. Get good at it. Grow confident. Charisma will follow. Charisma is a byproduct of confidence. Alcohol doesn’t give you that. As someone mentioned earlier, it’s a depressant. One drink - nothing. 2-4 drinks - you start to feel cool and dandy. Once you get drunker you’ll go over the “cool mode” limit, and start getting extra self-conscious about yourself, not to mention your speech will get slurry. That’s the depressant working …

Why do people go to mall? To spend cash and buy things, not to meet new people. That’s a side dish, if they even accidentally get it. Want friends? Try MeetUp dot com. Sign up for things. Go for cold approaches. Most important, go read the sidebar.

You will find your way. If you go overboard you will notice others’ reaction, and then turn the knob down a notch. But as previously mentioned, hold frame but don’t stick it into everyone’s face.

Definitely stand out, so a white T, black pants & a sleeve would make you look more like a blue collar welfare handout eater instead of actually looking cool. As long as you look different than that, you’re a-ok. UK is known for easy pulls. It’s harder to make them worth your while and actually adventurous, but if all you care about are notches under your belt, almost anything will work. C&F works wonders in the land of Albion Alcoholics.

I figured. I’ve been through the same shit just recently. Two of my best friends live far away (north of the country & abroad) so I have to substitute them for local barflies & drinking buddies whose only goals are to get shit-faced & high as a kite, often in the opposite order. They’re afraid of girls too, or go for those who drink too—sluts & thots. Do what I did. Change your mindset about people and socializing. Visualize your buddies like tools. There are friends for every occasion: party fr…

Own your insecurities. Use pressure flips or A&A when someone tries to jab you with a joke. Dismiss & ignore only when appropriate, as I believe when someone mentions your face everyone will listen so ignoring it just makes you look like you actually have no response. Decrease that insecurity to a shit-test level, and focus on something you can control. Find hobbies, even pickup boxing then you can always play that card. Most people see what you let them see.

In the name of the Red Pill Father, his Son Chad, and the Alpha Spirit. Awalt. You’ll get over it in no time. Women aren’t evil. They have needs just like men & I always say that if someone cheats the blame is on both partners. Either you didn’t have a strong enough frame, wasn’t wealthy enough, or had a long enough dick, etc. Whatever it was she liked in this dude you lacked, or simply wasn’t her preference. Own it & move on. Plenty of plates in the kitchen.

That’s because masculinity is not a science. It is a collection of certain factors, so the ‘A + B = Masculinity’ approach will generally tell you what it is, but it will be uber-simplified. To define a concept that includes over, what, 3-4 billion people and set it in stone is an impossible task. Folks have tried it with life, love, purpose, happiness, etc. Hence so many philosophies, religions, and ways of living. There will always be a second opinion often contradictory to yours. It’s the same…

TRP most likely defines masculinity as an amoral way of attaining whatever you want—a kind of no-holds-barred philosophy and outlook on life (within legal limits). Now, you will have spergs telling you it’s all about the notches under your belt, etc. It kinda is, but it’s not. ECs will tell you it’s all about your mission & doing whatever the fuck you want. It kinda is, most likely this is it. You gotta figure it out for yourself. If I tell you the water is wetter in the Pacific, I might bullshi…

You’ll learn more business knowledge from Personal MBA by Kaufman who’s got great analogies than “listening” to college professors who’ve been repeating themselves for 10 years minimum. If you wanna learn marketing, spend $100-200 on several used or new Dan Kennedy’s books. The rest you will learn by working in the industry and actually applying your knowledge. Get a degree that actually teaches you things by doing, e.g. CS, Engineering, English (only if you’re going to actually read and write a…

Most of the times it’s a mixture of being good at what you do (skill), being somewhat popular and known in the sphere/industry of your choosing, so utilize LinkedIn and subtly insert your insights on there or social media. The rest is reaching out. Rinse & repeat. Constant kaizen & outreach. That’s how you make your luck.

Interesting take but it has always been like this. Men in the past weren’t much different from Todd in terms of physicality and all that goes with it. Personally, I think of lifting as something that you should do because after all what’s the alternative?
