A radio station in my area cancelled playing "baby it's cold outside" citing the metoo movement. They later put up a poll on twitter or something asking if it was the right decision. 94% of people replied "it's just a song, let it play". No. you can eat all carbs or all fat or all protein if you really wanted. It puts a lot of hard work on your body to convert stuff around to what it needs but you will only gain weight if your calories in are greater than what you use. if you ate 3 cups of rice a day and nothing else you would lose a lot of muscle mass and be sickly skinny. there is absolutely no way you would gain weight.
