The older I get the more I realise that everything in moderation is the only lesson one needs in life. Is tinder bad? No, not really, in moderation. Is Facebook bad? No, not really, in moderation. Too many people have black and white views where in reality nothing is ever that simple.

I'm sorry. I recommended him to go see a doctor about getting anti-depressants.... Not going to a drug dealer on the street. It is up to the doctor to make the decision. I am talking from experience that after having several months of panic attacks for no apparent reason, going to a doctor fixed it in a week and I have had maybe 3-4 panic attacks in 5 years rather than 3-4 a day, every day, and now I fully understand what is happening and I let it pass...... I would always recommend going to a d…

If you are having panic attacks go see a doctor and get anti-depressants (they work for anxiety and panic attacks). Your problems will disappear in a week or two and when you come off then you will realise how stupid panic attacks are and how easy it is to control them when you feel them coming. Good luck regardless.

You regret all your nights out and wish you just stayed home?

I just wrote a similar reply. You're only young once, and I know many people who regretted not going out more when they were younger (and had less responsibilities, and a more forgiving body for recovery). You learn nothing about life sitting at home, in fact isn't that why anxiety and depression is on the rise for young people? (Sitting at home on Facebook not meeting people)

I have to disagree on the 'don't go out every weekend'. I'm 34 and don't regret one weekend. (I have friends who are older and regret not going out more when younger). The saying is 'you're only young once' and that is very true.... When you're older going out is harder as it's harder on your body and friends settle down etc. You've got the rest of your life to sit in your house if that's what you choose to do, but going out will improve your social skills, and give you memories and life lessons

As someone who lifts, there are many, many programmes... Not saying that no one is half-assing their workouts, but a lot of programmes incorporate deloads, or a workout that escalates during the week or one week hard, one week softer. If you go all ham every time, you're going to injure yourself; and as someone coming back from a pulled back muscle, it doesn't half hinder your workout when you are recovering..... So by all means work out hard, but be careful!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
