Used to own a business. Those quotas only go into effect when you reach something like 100 employees or take federal funding. I asked my lawyer about it when I was making my LLC, and he said I could be as racist/sexist as I wanted until I reached that threshold, then I would have to play ball. If it's any consolation, prosthetics have come a long way (partly thanks to the Iraq/Afghanistan War) I've seen dudes missing both legs walking normally, and that was over a decade ago.
