i can deal over 1200+ storm damage with elemental blade, balance blade, and hex with no other debuffs as long as I get the storm spectral blast. EDIT: Actually I could probably do more as I have the elemental trap spell, I just don't use it because elemental blade is objectively superior to it. 35% buff to 25% buff. EDIT 2: The 1200+ damage I did wasn't against a myth enemy, so theoretically I could also do more damage then.
