You seem to have missed the fact that these men were fighting for custody. That implies that they wanted to have children. 14	Man spends 10 years in prison because his daughter was disappointed in him and accused him of rape. The daughter and the prosecutor responsible are left unpunished. Rape shield laws probably prevented the jury from hearing anything that might've tarnished the alleged victim's reputation.
