No, about average for a girl. This was right before the Vid so the entire program got shut down for two years so she moved on shortly after. She still had her name on the roll for that year though.

Actually not true. My daughter got a bump for applying into the electrician apprentice program. They only took 10 and they said she was near the bottom of the list. Sounds like she bumped a better qualified man because of that preferential treatment.

I specifically mentioned my company for my experience. Although the women preference has been told to me by friends at other companies. I would agree with you that hiring at my company is mismanaged and seems to go with the political winds. The latest is hiring women. We’ve had other initiatives to hire other people based on different characteristics. When you limit your hiring to any specific group then the odds of getting the best candidate is next to nil.

I’m flabbergasted to find out that it’s actually good to hire lower qualified candidates. The manager told our group that they were bypassing men to hire less qualified women. I’d like to ask if you are in a STEM field. I am. Women are prioritized over men. In my company it has gotten so bad that I question the ability of every woman that joins our group. I try to reserve judgment. When our manager tells us that he is bypassing better qualified candidates to hire a woman candidate then I think that my reservation is warranted.

Basically the lifetime rates were only 4.4-10 times higher than what was seen the previous 12 months. If they were counting it like female rape then the lifetime rates would be 15-20 time higher. It is a messed up situation when whatever the mother puts on the birth certificate is gospel. If you’re the father and want to take care of the child but the mother of excludes you then by default you’re not. If you’re not the father and she puts you on it then you’re on the hook. It makes it so that I feel that dna tests should be mandatory to assist the man in either instance

I wondered the same thing. I couldn’t find information on a methodology change. I also considered political manipulation. The political bias may have also changed the methodology. What makes it suspicious is that the 12 month data going down for made to penetrate (1.1%/1.27 million in 2010 to 0.7%/0.83 million in 2015). I said HIPAA because now you cannot disclose medical conditions or procedures without explicit sign off unless the patient is incapable of responding. I remember when it was common to call up the doctor’s office and get the results of a test even if they were your spouse’s. There is no way that they would share that information now.

That is not how the DOJ defines it. It is the later part of the definition that excludes forced to penetrate. You are raped if there is “penetration...by another person”. You have to look at the CDC data to see that it gets classified under sexual violence but not rape.

I just had my mind blown by an obscure study I just read. https://webshare.law.ucla.edu/Faculty/bibs/stemple/Stemple-SexualVictimizationPerpetratedFinal.pdf. Basically it says that over half of all victims of sexual violence are males. Of all perpetrators between 35-40% are women. Because , in the US, the definition of rape is so skewed to not take into account the vast majority of how men can be raped it drastically shifts rape towards women as being the vast majority of victims.
