I wish I had a good answer but honestly I don’t. I think maybe it starts with talking to our judges and lawmakers and making them realize that women are competent and should be held responsible for their actions. Not to dismiss them as innocent and innocuous. In reality I think these positions are held by mostly men so that discussion needs to start with us between us.
