"My girlfriend punches me in the face and spits in my eyes, what should I do?" You shouldn't even need to have read any sidebar to know what to do. I guess it's good you're here now but come on man, sack up.

You can't seriously be asking for advice on this had you done the readings.

He's not a threat because you DGAF. If your girl is being shitty, ignore her shit. She probably continues to bring him up because she can tell it gets to you. When she brings him up, smile and ignore. If its impossible to just ignore, make a comment and move on unfazed. You need the mentality that you are higher value even if objectively he is higher value on paper.

Caring what other people think about your hobbies is beta. Try it. If you like it, stay. If you don't, leave.

Anything that is rude or condescending should be met with silence. Most fetch quests should be denied. If she asks you if you'd rather do this or that, pick one and stick to it. Don't ask her opinion or permission for everything you do. You're still learning the basics, if you are in doubt just be quiet. Look at the old "own your shit weekly" threads in the married red pill sub. lots of examples of what not to do. Read TheFamilyAlpha blog, rollo tomassi blog, etc

Out of nowhere, from a crowd of drunk guys, the self proclaimed Alpha of the group, came and grabbed my arse. Then said "Nice Arse" Your response should have been: "Fuck yea it is" followed by you leading your girl away. You didn't "lose" the confrontation in anyway. My opinion is just that becoming aggressive right away isn't usually the best solution but when you've been drinking sometimes it just happens that way.

Everyone has their own opinion on this but any girl that's around 25 and has their number at 10 different guys or below is cool with me.

The "betaness" you're talking about fades away once you realize a few things. No girl is ever yours, it's just your turn. It gets said a lot around here and you need to accept it. You ARE a man and the fact that this girl branch swung to you says that you're at least faking it right, eventually your mentality will catch up with this. The girl your focused isn't as awesome as you think she is. You at least know she isn't faithful emotionally and is willing to start new relationships while still i…

People forget that alpha and beta aren't inherently good and bad nor are they specifically defined. Both are sexual strategies and if you can make being more beta work for you, do it. From my point of view, the point of TRP is to maximize yourself in every way. Happiness, financially, physically, mentally, etc. You don't have to go for all of them. Do what works for you and always improve yourself in some way.

Make it fun. "Not yet, your not. But you will be" jokingly, get a laugh out, tickle her whatever to add some physical touch to it and try to initiate if it feels like it can go that way

Having interesting hobbies is a good start but you need to learn how to speak about them in a way that draws attention. Having interesting hobbies isn't the same as being interesting. There's a difference between saying "I like to go scuba diving" and "I went scuba diving off the coast of [insert cool place], got humped by a dolphin and poked a sea turtle in the eye" My example is a little ridiculous but one story is way more interesting. "I take a boxing class once a week" or "There's nothing l…

I assumed he was in a group of his friends (likely high school aged or right after) with one of them being an ass. I wouldn't get punched for talking back at someone like that with the guys I grew up with.

"You on the rag or something?" "Get some sand in your vagina this mornin?" "Geez dude, go wash the sand out of your vagina" Or like the others said, ask him why hes so into you. make him out to be gay or a woman. Complete deflection can work too. The second he opens his mouth to say something, you say: "WOOOOAAH dude, pop a mint, I can smell the cock on your breath from here" - this is a good one cuz every time he talks more shit you can keep telling him his breath smells like cock. "Seriously m…

Be funny about it. "Can I get a hand with this?" "High-five anyone?" "I like to think I'm pretty handy" "I'm a very hands-on person" I used to work with a guy that stuttered and one time he said something (without stuttering) and I didn't hear him properly and asked him to repeat it and he said "Did I fucking stutter bitch?" and everyone around cracked up.

This sounds more like you over reacted cuz she hit a nerve. Still worked out i guess since she came back two days later but your whole story screams insecurity. "Blacker than you" woulda worked or even "Black where it counts/from the waist down" whatever.

I disagree. Be realistic. How many people wanted Ken Block's job and are now doing fuck all because they couldn't be what they wanted. Have hobbies you love but find an achievable career path. Lots of kids wanted to be race car drivers or firemen as kids, there just aren't enough positions. It takes hard work, talent and luck to get to those minor celeb, extreme sports, passion inspired, fulfilling careers. Things don't just fall into place.

It definitely helps with core, if you do it properly. You have to push out your gut in a flex and squeeze your ass as much as possible. Really takes some concentration and serious practice to get right. Once you learn to tighten your core, you'll notice improvement in every lift. Every one of my compound lifts begins with me pushing my feet into the floor, squeezing my butt, and pushing out my stomach, in that order.

She's old enough to know what she is doing is wrong and could have lasting repercussions. Don't get mad. I would tell her I saw what she wrote about me and I am ashamed of her. That she would try to ruin my reputation and risk serious consequences for my life over the temporary loss of a cell phone. Teenager are very self-centred and need to have their shit pointed out to them very obviously.

I imagine that after a few hours of highly paid work that affords them millions in spending money with plenty of spare time, they drive their Mercedes to the gym they each own and spend a couple hours praying at said Iron Temple. Once they are done praising Brodin, they eat their chicken broccoli and brown rice off of a gold plate while sipping expensive Whiskey from a jeweled goblet. Gym sesh and food intake is always followed up by hot shower with the female Russian figure skating team. Once t…

Short simple sentences help keep you from arguing, explaining, defending, etc. followed by being quiet. "No." "I don't want to." "I gave you my answer." You don't want to sound angry or retaliatory. Be calm and non aggressive. If she is just bitching without asking a question then you don't need to respond. If she follows up a tirade with a scornful "Well?!?" you can point out there was no question. "What was your question?" Your best bet is to say less when you are unsure. When you are sure som…

She may have noticed that she is losing her value each passing day and divorce raping him at 41 with three kids would most likely mean she will be alone for the rest of her life. As much proof that I've seen that a lot of women aren't capable of understanding the full consequences of their actions, she must know that she will never be able to do better than him.

It's a giant shit test for all men in Western society. The real men walk by this and laugh to themselves. The super beta boys eat it up and vomit it back to each other.

Get trained. I box, this is what I would do. Square up in my boxing stance, keep loose and keep moving (bouncing on my feet a little and head bobbin). Most of the time I bet this would make most people back off, if not, I'd do one of two things: 1. wait for him to throw a clumsy drunken haymaker and then counter hard 2. keep him at distance from me with light, quick jabs. If he steps up he'll get a combo

Take it slow. This is a marathon and whatever happens with her, you will be a better man at the end. Say no to stupid requests or things she can do herself. The first time I told my wife her legs weren't broken I actually felt scared as the words left my mouth. Can you believe that? Despite her telling me no to mundane requests daily. She will get mad and say mean things but the reality is you are going to see that you are treating her in a way that she already treats you. Don't bother pointing …

Be respectful and confident. Respectful first being key. Shake hands firmly with her dad but don't try to outdo his grip. Make eye contact but don't get into a staring competition. Make her mother laugh somehow. Find out something her dad likes in advance and learn something about it before you go. Assuming you are going for a dinner and not just meeting them in passing as you pick her up to go on a date. You have to read the situation as it is happening. Do her parents like a good argument or s…

Happened to me before. Instead of initiating with her, initiate yourself. Sounds stupid but now almost whenever I start jerkin it at her, we end up fucking or bj. First couple times she said things like: What are you doing, point that somewhere else, should I leave you two alone, etc. A&A and a fearless attitude work beautifully. "Should I leave you two alone?" Reply: "Would you?" "What are you doing?" Reply: "Makin a sandwich, wanna help?" "Point that somewhere else" Reply: "Show me where you w…

Lots of great advice here already. I'd just like to add to not go to fast and push everything at once. Just like with the weights, a little here and a little there adds up in the long run. You have to fix you first and she will follow.

The purpose of TRP is to learn that constant self improvement is the ultimate goal, women are a side effect. Don't make getting women your goal, a better you is the goal. Satisfaction comes from every new goal that is met. Fulfillment never comes because you are always setting a new goal

Caught myself explaining myself when I haven't even been asked a question and reasoning out loud. For example: Standing in the bathroom/laundry room, wife is behind me switching the laundry to the dryer and I say, "I can't decide if I want to shower or go eat first" and she tells me to shower. I don't even really know why I said it out loud, as if I needed her to give me an answer or validate what I was going to choose. Acta non verba I think is what people say around here. Need to keep my mouth…

I'm not a veteran but this is what I did/am doing. Get in shape, stand up for yourself when necessary and stay quiet when not. At the beginning I found the difficult part was remembering to say no to fetch requests or random shit from the gf. The more you do it, the easier it becomes

The title rings so true with me, took a week off the gym to deload/be a schlub for a week and she's encouraging me to go back before the week is up. (I am not fat btw, in pretty good shape actually). She used to get annoyed when I'd talk about gym stuff so I got one of my friends into it by donating my old equipment to him and started to only to talk to him about it. Now she asks me how much I benched that day or if I managed to improve my squat form and seems legitimately excited when I tell he…

Every time I smile at something shitty my girl says, or ignore outright a test of my frame, I save that piece of rage. It goes away until I get to unleash it on the heavy bag. It's as if every missed opportunity and disadvantage that has been due to my previous beta nature becomes fuel for that fire that I burn three times a week. Anyone who lifts - which should be all of you - should consider adding in some fighting classes on top of it. For me its lifting heavy in the mornings 5 times a week a…

The reason it felt like a fail is because I was starting to get annoyed at her persistence and it came out in my tone of voice. Basically in that instance my frame was slipping so i just shut down ie told her to relax and rolled over to face away. It feels like a failed comfort test because I did not reassure her. When her tests are aggressive I try to meet it without caring: ignore, A&A. When they are soft and insecure I try and engage calmly with reassurance: stoic and logically (this one is h…
