He was terrible in more ways than one so I wouldn't be surprised if he cheated, although I never saw any proof that he did

I have never been married but a few long-term boyfriends have done the "maybe we should break up" during big fights and i was like you're right, we should! And every time they were like wait no i didn't actually wanna break up! Like, if you're bringing it up clearly there's a reason, so why would I object lol. It's like, they bring it up cause they want you to beg for them to stay? IDK

The other day a guy asked me out for coffee and I said no, and he said OK and left me alone. At first I was pleasantly surprised and was like wow, he's such a good guy! But then I realized this should just be expected of everyone, and he's not special for having basic decency.

Number 1 just reminded me of something I would've loved to forget, lol. My brother is a LVM and is always dating insecure lonely women. I live with him, he has 1 pair of sheets and washes them like every 6 months. An ex girlfriend used to come over and wash his sheets every weekend. After the 3rd time I asked her why she was doing that and she said, because he never washes his sheets and they smell bad and I don't wanna sleep in dirty sheets. And I was like? yeah but why are YOU doing that? If y…

This is exactly why I only do dinner dates for the first meeting. Because men can still feel entitled to sex after a coffee date or a walk in the park "date." The kind of date you go on doesn't change how entitled they are. So I might as well get some good food out of it, for my troubles.

Yeah that's basically the point i was trying to make, that saying you dont get on this app much such a clear tactic because if it was really true that you dont use it, it doesnt take any effort to just start using it more. Like, dating apps are the same as any other messaging service so if youre trying so hard to get off it there's obviously an ulterior motive

"I'm not on here much" is such a common excuse, yet it is so lame. Like, if you really wanted to talk to me then you would just get on the app more often lol. It makes no sense. For the "I dont use this app much" crowd I used to give them my IG but then I just get a bunch of men stalking my stories and replying with heart eyes and never saying anything else so clearly the problem wasn't that you don't use the app, it's that you know you're not interesting yet you still want access to me

I don't know much about Liam Hemsworth, but from what I've seen he seems like a pretty HVM to me. I actually looked up to his and Miley's relationship, until she started acting weird in the media again and their relationship ended. Of course I have no sorts of private information or anything but to me it seems like after her whole rebellious-twerking phase, she became more of a hvw and that's when they got together, but near the end of their relationship she started acting like a lvw again and t…

This wasn't said about me, but it was said TO me. A really ugly skinny guy I worked with, told me he was "flirting" with a beautiful girl on the bus on his way to work. He then started describing the flirting. Basically, he saw a beautiful girl near him on the bus and started staring at her. After about a minute she made eye contact and he smiled. She looked away but he kept staring at her, so after a while she made eye contact again, smiled back, and then looked away again. He didn't stop stari…

I've been mistreating you thinking you were paying rent late when all along you were paying it early As if it would be completely fine and normal for him to mistreat his gf for paying the rent late, instead of just, you know, asking her about it

My then-boyfriend always made plans with me and then made excuses to not show up. One day I got tired of it, and we had plans to see each other at around 11am but he didn't answer his phone at all, so I went all the way to his house (an hour away) and stood outside for 3 hours ringing the doorbell, calling, and messaging him. At like 3pm he messaged me saying he had just woken up and asked why I was calling so much, so I told him we had plans and I was outside his house waiting for me. He told m…

I want to do this so bad! I've been thinking about it for a while. Throw a "wedding" where I'm not actually getting married to anyone, and would actually be more like the balls you read about in fairy tales. I'll wear a ball gown and require everyone else to wear a floor-length gown too and it'll be so fancy and unforgettable. I don't have the money for it now but I really want this to happen! The funny thing is that for my actual wedding I think I would want it to be small, I don't like big wed…

So much this. I've worked on improving myself so much this last year and suddenly men aren't as interested in me as they were before. I used to be depressed, suicidal, put zero effort into how I looked, was super shy and quiet, and hated myself and treated others terribly, and men always flocked to me because they knew that I would latch onto anyone who showed me attention. Now I love myself, I'm a super happy person, make a huge effort on my appearance, try to treat everyone well, am friendly a…
