I'm sorry for that. In retrospect, the phrasing I used in the quote you supplied comes across very confrontational and critical, which I didn't intend. So much nuance is lost on here. That said, I will own that miscommunication as my fault. I didn't want it to seem like an attack. It was sincerely an (admittedly clumsy) attempt to understand your point of view.

If one person is representative of a group then aren't all people guilty by association of the worst example?
