3	I suffer from severe depression. I literally do nothing most days but sleep and scroll YouTube, twitter, Reddit, etc... I don't have anything interesting in my life currently to the point that I contemplate suicide almost weekly but somehow I easily get women. I also got the same feeling during my universities. I'd skip lectures a lot and was about to get extended for a year or so. I've even cutting my wrists a lot. You know what i do? Ask my not closed friend to keep my phone away from me for a week. Also, if i ask to take my phone back, I'd said i promise to pay him 50000 Yenn(around 400 USD i think). Higher stakes means how badly i wanted to change my life.. 1	How to drop a girl without being a dick? You should better see the girl once or twice. After seeing face to face, then she will always busy and said you got no time for her. After a week without messaging, she will eventually ask to break up with ya. She will said you guys should seeing someone else. No worries.
