Yes following people can evolve into a crime but that doesn't even matter in this case. She isnt a cop and her job isn't to investigate crime. If she felt like there was danger to her life, that's when she should defend herself. He doesn't have to be in the act of committing a crime for that to be the case. Funny. Don't mind walking. Of the local walmarts, this is the only one with something like a little police station in it. Always some shit going on around there. I'm surprised it just happened.
