I don't know it looks okay. It has 2 instances of gendered terms used and I would say they are justifiable because the support for women and girls can be a different process than for men.

I say holding should be merit based or in other words are you sane enough. But I believe that this would set a bad precedent

It's the sort of thing that is like pleading insanity. If you murder twenty people and plead insanity successfully you aren't being killed by the state but you're never getting out of the institution.

What I am saying is that feminism can be equality (Suffrage) but it also can me misandrist.

I would say that feminism can be equality (first and second wave) but can also not be (third wave). I would also say that misandry has tarnished the good name of feminism.

Also egalitarian is a better word than feminism for absolute equality

Also the confusion of masculism and masculinism that n is a whole world of difference, one wants equality of one gender to the other is basically advocating for injecting testosterone and punching other people in the face because they are manly.

We'll Germany has been a fucktard lately with being a mega liberal, but not a logical liberal, they have gone crazy with handing out rights to where the point you infringe on others rights. So I don't expect many here.

Although women should be equally considered for a position the truth is that what matters is the qualifications of the person applying for the job . Germany has been a very progressive country lately but they have gone full retard with progressiveness and now are disproportionally representing the level of one qualifications.
