its ok, it happens. You are just not used to being verbally attacked like that. I did the same years ago..now i just let loose. And dont be afraid..remember they are saying stuff, you have the right to verbally defend yourself as well.

if its for a disability related to the service, then yes they do. They are homeless because they want to be. So let's see, they get healthcare benefits which is free or low cost, based off of income level, whether its service connected or combat service. They get the Gi Bill, And VR&E which helps those that have service related disabilities. Monthly tax free payments, again for those with disabilities. A special monthly compensation for severe disabilities or loss of limbs. They qualify for VA h…

Just being a veteran does not entitle someone to a job. They are treated very well. They get thousands of dollars for college, and get extra depending on benefits. We help them with their resumes before they get out. Free medical/dental. There's more. Idk how much more you want for them.

maybe small employers might, but i know a lot of employers to see experience and/or education. What im saying is that just being a veteran isn't enough unless its like you said, a useful "civilian" job.

sorry to tell you, but for some reason people seem to think that they will easily find employment by being a veteran and it does not work that way. You still need experience or at least be able to show that what you did relates to what you are applying to. Edit: Lol, downvote me all you want, it won't change anything.

Who cares? I don't care what people do outside of work as long as it doesn't negatively effect the business. Her buying a home with another guy, what does that have to do with the business? Human resources most likely did not get rid of him..that would have been on the board of directors. Have you ever worked a corporate position before?

Incorrect, i work in HR and it is not human resources responsibility to prevent work place relationships, however, this also differs by company. I do believe that she should be in trouble as well, but i don't think it will go as far as it did with him. I also read that she was divorced and not married, I know that sucks, but it makes a difference.

Wow, talk about someone sounding tone deaf. Father's rights isn't about whether its a masculine domain, its about dad's having the right to see and be an active part of the child's life. A thing that a lot of father's dont' get to have although they should.

Oh i got something to say about this.. Just wait until you see them complaining about how no man gives up their seat for them. And why should we? We didn't get you pregnant! There used to be a pregnant woman parking space near a mall..a guy got mad one time because i parked there. Idgaf. Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean that they should be entitled to anything. They had no problem spreading their legs, then they should have no problem walking to the door.
