What effect do you think feminist extremism will have on them as adults?I expect the younger generation will adapt and shed some of the problematic behaviors of the previous generations. They will find ways to connect with each other and women in more egalitarian ways. I am seeing many groups of young people that are accepting of men who are able to interact on a more even playing field. In recognition of Western’s commitment to DEI, only applicants who self-identify as a woman will be considered. This includes individuals who self-identify as transgender, gender-fluid, non-binary and Two-Spirit.50 years ago many Universities were definitely limiting the number of 'minorities' accepted into their programs. This is why affirmative action was created in the first place. As things have become more balanced we have moved away from affirmative action in favor of DEI, which is not quota based and is more about creating a culture of diversity.
