I as someone that is a RPM and don't want kids don't mind if my wife doesn't take my last name. I'm also not one for marriage as well. Not because I'm afraid to commit to one woman because I most definitely am committed to my current girlfriend. I plan on staying with her through thick and thin but that is because it's what I've decided to do. I spun my plates in the past knowing I didn't want kids and figured playing the field would be a good way to spend my adult life, it was fun but not condu…

Women don't despise betas. They don't respect them and therefore use and abuse them. There is a difference.

I don't agree with this. I understand the idea behind it. Make her come to you and such but there is a caveat. I speak a lot. I don't have verbal diarrhea or anything. I am a story teller. I like telling stories about my life, others lives. I live an interesting life and when I am talking to people they like to hear about it. I also wanted to be a writer and took a bunch of courses on story structure so I'm actually kind of good at it. So the 2/3 structure doesn't apply to every situation. I agr…

I read up a bit on body language and this is called "genital framing". The thumbs outside of your pockets frame and draw attention to your trouser snake. When a woman looks at your crotch she thinks about sex. When a man sees this it begins a power struggle, subconsciously anyway. He'll usually try and show a power pose himself or cave and try and make himself smaller.

The problem is they settle for the beta providers. Some even attractive and successful (finacially secure) betas get hooked as women approach the wall or even as they smash into it or bounced off briefly by losing that 50 lbs. And as much as I like to say the amount of beta examples in here speak volumes about the philosophy I know a lot of rp relationships that don't even know they are in a rp relationship. I see the provider/support type relationships where the women know the need for gender r…

"I am coming around to feeling that there is something really mechanical and one-dimensional (and dare I say 'phony' ) about even the whole idea of parsing people into 'Beta's and 'Alphas'" Since this is a subreddit about discussing ideas pertaining to TRP I surmised that this was your main premise. If I was mistaken and you were just venting excess vapour then so be it. However if you were actually here to discuss TRP ideas then you base premise using your definition of Alpha and beta is either…

a "strawman argument" isn't an argument, it's a fallacy. So therefore none of your argument is adequate.

You acknowledge how TRP uses "alpha" and find it problematic but offer no argument how it is such. All you've done is show you A) built up a strawman argument against it or B) showed you truly didn't understand the way TRP uses the word. Nowhere have you made a decent argument as to how alpha, the way TRP uses the word, is problematic.

"We" does not include you. "We" as in TRP as a philosophy. "We" as the ones that use the language. If you don't use the language it doesn't include you. The pineapple example does work because if you had the proper cipher or glossary you'd be able to understand the sentence as I wrote it. "Alpha" when spoken about in TRP has a certain definition. You choosing not to acknowledge the definition is your problem. And when I say "doesn't work" I mean doesn't work to do anything to the philosophy. If …

The reason glossaries exist is so that one can look up the word without arguing about semantics as you've done. The argument you're using sounds a lot like the arguments used by christian apologetics "What does moral mean?" but instead you're questioning alpha. Alpha is part of the language we use around here. Language exists to convey an idea. If you start to dissect language on a subjective manner you could arguably say "Pineapple nickel compendium." and say it means whatever the hell you want…

It's simple. Don't get out of the way. I'm a big guy so it seems simple to me. They just bounce off me and I apologize but don't give any ground. I am sorry they didn't get out of the way. However if I were to bounce off of them I should have moved. So if you're tiny that's your issue and need to respect the hierarchy.

Honestly I've never known a girl that's traveled while having a bf that's lasted either traveling with or waiting at home. Ldrs don't work in the long term or unknown.

I find because I'm a sexual person anyway and I'm not judgemental of a girls past (I love sluts) they tend to open up about it a bit more. Keeping the conversation sexual works in everyone's favor because it not only gets me going it gets her going too.

This is an example of "step 1: be attractive, step 2: be forward, step 3: profit."

I honestly have a technical enough job and title that even if I do tell them they have no Idea what it is. I usually answer with, "You won't know what I do anyway so What's the point? Wanna play pool?" I don't necessarily go over the top with the crazy, I may if I'm playful after that make up something like the before mentioned "Quantum biology mechanics" but if the situation warrants it I'll even follow that with "Process piping designer". Which usually shuts them up. I'm still a mystery, they …

I honestly don't care how many partners they've had in the past. Part of this is because it creates a very awkward conversation. I don't ask they don't tell. The other side of the coin is where it gets awkward. I can't remember the amount of partners I've had. I lost count. Which when having the "numbers" conversation with a girl is awkward as fuck. I honestly haven't seen anything anywhere that helps with that conversation. A link would be helpful. I also don't plan on having any LTRs so I don'…

I'd like to address the "respect" that you're talking about. You seem to think that we red pillers don't respect women, which is wrong. I respect women the same way I respect men. I just understand that women respond and act differently than men do. Therefore I can cater my behavior to them in a more optimal way. This could be for the goal of just having rampant sex and gaming them for that purpose, or I could cater my behavior to that of a monogamous long term relationship. Swallowing the red p…

I saw this too on facebook and what immediately jumped into my mind was that the sketch artist can purposefully do a non flattering sketch for the self description and then with just as much intent draw a flattering sketch for the outsider description. I mean the artist had to know what the project was about, so wouldn't there automatically be a bias to try and make the "experiment" work. Where is the double blind? It would make more sense to use two different sketch artists without knowledge of…

What did I do after I left the church? I studied a whole lot of things. I spent six years taking general studies. A whole lot of philosophy, sociology, psychology, english and just about anything else that caught my fancy. I figured out my own form of ethics and morals that weren't based on reward/punishment like the church. I decided that I was never going to say no to any experience. I experimented with a whole lot of different things. Drugs, sure. Sky diving, absolutely. Sex, of course. If I …

I didn't notice so much when I was in school. That was during my not giving a fuck stage. I never really thought about how the other students were learning. I was busy trying to cram everything I could into my head. Where I did start to notice was when I was teaching college level courses. I liked to teach using the the curiosity method. "Here figure this problem out, I'll help and point in the right direction, but you have to figure it out." The guys I found thrived on it. They were able to ada…

That most women don't want to better themselves. The lack of drive and determination to learn. This doesn't apply to all women, I've found, but a profound amount. Sure they want a job and will work to get there but they lack that drive to learn for the sake of learning. I don't understand it.

I'm late to the party with this become a man thing we're doing but I was already doing the first couple challenges and have been integrating the ones I can slowly. As for my first campaign I was on a cut and have lost 18 lbs. That is only about half way to where I think I need to be. As well as continueing that I'm adding another campaign. I want to be able to climb a 5.10c, with grace, in two months. Love this sub.

The way you describe her doesn't make me think you blew it at all. I've been with a couple different girls for a ONS and honestly that is all they were looking for. They just wanted to get fucked. They didn't even really care to know my name, never mind if I knew theirs. From the way the pickup went and the fact you were fucking her within the hour with very little actual buildup means one of three things, you're built like Adonis, she was just looking for sex, or she was drunk as fuck. Just my …
