Gender comes in because women are/were often required to dress in skirts while men are required to wear pants.

And rapists have filed for joint custody and have that right in several states. Family law in general is in need of updating. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/04/21/in-7-us-states-rape-victims-can-be-legally-forced-to-share-custody-their-children-with-their-rapist-fathers.html

A while in that case being his entire childhood. I understand the urge for vigilante justice, but it doesn't solve anything. If anything, it hurts society, by aiding in the breakdown of justice.

Yeah, that's why most of the responses have been about my "actual" gender or genitalia size. Because this place fosters discussion. Yup. I, along with most feminists, agree that there are areas where women are ahead, like child custody, prison sentences, and the idea that "boys don't cry" so men avoid seeking help with their psychiatric problems. I'm allowed to post once every 10 minutes because I'm so downvoted. I also don't care about what a bunch of shut ins think of my genitalia or gender. And "us real men?" Please. I've worked shit jobs outside doing construction. I now work IT. The only hard part of working outside was the weather, and that was just annoying.

Obviously guys will be more comfortable with a slightly spread legs, I don't really see people dispute that. When space isn't an issue, spread away. It's when it gets crowded and you don't that it pisses people off.

As a kid, I was always squished between my dad and uncles at football games, and decided I hated it with a burning passion. Everyone had their legs open and I was stuck with half a seat.

I'm also a guy, you're still sitting like a jerk. Edit: Bring it on. You're only showing why no one takes your cause seriously. There are legitimate issues at play, but I'm accused of being trans/female/micropenis for not sitting like a jerk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
