I honestly have stopped for months before. but permanently I would need a partner who could supply enough sex to make it worth it low-key. Because honestly, I look at porn as the lowest opportunity cost to nut with also the lowest return on investment. And real datting as a super high opportunity and possibly anywhere from negative infinite to positive infinite return on investment.
