1	self improvement fucked me over The problem is that you are doing it for women/to attract women. Do it for yourself and forget about women. Honestly, as someone who has been there and done it - it's not worth the effort if your goal is doing it to attract women. I know that's easier said than done as most of us have that desire/instinct inside of us.
