Great list but I disagree with 4 and 5. I mean, I need to watch my shows. There is absolutely no question that I would be dead in a ditch if I had not watched The Wire and The Sopranos.

I do the exact same thing on Tinder. So far I've gotten two successful sexual encounters out of it. I haven't been using it for a while because I have a FWB right now. I think there's too many "Live. Laugh. Love" and "If you can't handle me at my worst" blah blah blah girls on there, though. Also, I've seen a handful of underage girls including my 17 year old cousin on there. The hell...

Which books can you recommend? I like those types. The first few pages changed the way I dealt with people. I was so impressed. After reading the first chapter and reflecting on my relationship (this was just after I got dumped) I looked up from reading in a moment of realization and "oops" ran through my head.

I'm on my Graduated Drivers Licence (GDL) still here in Canada and there's a zero tolerance for blood alcohol so I'd have to watch that. My age bracket got screwed when they made this GDL garbage.

You seem very cynical about keeping women is all. Like its a daunting task. Did you have trouble in the past and then make a positive change that really helped, using the many methods advocate here? Now you believe this is the way to do it, perhaps? I'm not ragging on you for it. Just curious as to what led you to what I'm perceiving as some pretty heavy cynicism towards dating. To each their own.

Women are way too eager to jump ship on a man, like he is worth nothing than what he can give at this moment, and she will play games until he can't meet her multitudinous demands or she finds something better. You don't know now, but you will find out later. Where do you meet your women? Maybe in your personal experience you've been screwed over one too many times and now rely on these methods to keep your women. Are you married? Ever been close?

I will never "game" my girlfriends because I'm a confident 24 year old male who is comfortable in my own skin. I'm not desperate, and I understand there are literally thousands of "the ones" out there for me. Your post has made me question why I subscribe to this subreddit. It really creeped me the fuck out. It's all fine and dandy to help other men lacking confidence and social skills to pick up women, but this has gotten way too creepy. Way too possessive of women - like they're commodious goo…

Something about this advice doesn't sit well with me... can't put a finger on it.

I have friends who share drastically different opinions on what is hot as well. In fact, they'd probly say the same thing as you. I think Zooey wouldn't do it for them. But I love that girl next door shit.

First let me just say that I, like many people, don't particularly like the scale. Having said that... to me, she's a 10, she's a 10, and she is a 10. But the best part is that someone out there will disagree with me, which reinforces that the rating system is stupid. I saw the PM as well. Her body is a 10, if that's what's most important to you. Overall, if you put a gun to my head and made me rate her, I'd say about 8.

Play it cool like you don't give a fuck. Cause you don't. There's an asston of women out there. I've never been a fan of small talk personally

You just hooked up with two girls after her so you clearly are giving zero fucks - which perfect. Leave it be.

However I am 20 and she is 23 and she thinks that apart from the age gap, which i don't care about, then I would be boyfriend material. Did this come off the wrong way or am I reading it correctly? Sounds like you WOULD be boyfriend material if it weren't for the age. For what's it worth I've heard the same thing from a girl a year older than me who flaked like mad. Every situation is different but tread carefully.

Nope. She walked past me one random night though and a few days later I got a message.

I'm 23 and had a 24 year old call me immature and then proceed to do this. She did apologize a year later which shows some maturity I suppose.

I toss never around because it's so few and far between that I don't like giving people a glimmer of hope at it working because it's mostly a waste of time.

Don't pursue a relationship with a woman who is fresh from a breakup. Never lasts. Whether you got dumped or did the dumping, you're looking for the next person and you're not yourself for a while after. You need months being single to figure your shit out and get your head back on straight. However, this is for a woman who has her shit together and a good grasp of her feelings. I know plenty of young dumb sluts who bounce around from dude to dude in relationships. If she's this girl, you won't …

Just about to mention that. Found it the other day here, passed it a friend who then passed it to a friend. Perspective changer for sure.
