Movies are pretty much designed for big screen HDTV's nowadays. Unless the movie was filmed on FILM(not digital) or its some crappy 3d guilty pleasure the cinema is useless unless you don't own a big screen with surround sound(which are getting more affordable every week) I go to the cinema because I love watching a film on a proper screen, I don't think all films deserve this treatment - but the good ones do.
