So.. the thing about cold showers. I've tried them but I don't understand how cold to make them. Does cold mean "not warm" or does it mean "as cold as possible to the point where standing there for 3 minutes is difficult"?

In high school I tried to hide my balding hair desperately. Even got in fights when someone would take my hat off. I grew up. Shaving it off in college really changed my life.
