36	A recommendation for improving your speech and confidence. This is gonna sound ridiculous, but hear me out As a passionate singer I can back this up 100%. There have been undeniable parallels during periods of time where I neglect singing practise and times where I feel introverted, lacking in motivation, depressed etc. Singing my heart out for 15 mins before going out anywhere definitely makes me feel ready to approach anyone, and even overcome fears in a non-social context.	/r/seduction	22/03/14 08:08 PM
