in my case my perants were married and then split up ofc and to make sure that she has custody my mother claimed my father had abused me mentally and physically (he didnt) and abused her emotionally (i heard all of there arguments and my mother was 100% the emotionally abusing) then she made us live on the other side of the family to my fathers also my mother claims that if i went over there he would kidnap me (i read the messages and he was begging just to fucking call me)

as someone who has a father who fought hard for my custody just please stop, and my friends dads also fought for custody and my exs dad also fought for custody alot of the time (not 100%) fathers do not want to leave there children but instead want to leave there wives (in my case my mother is a raging alcoholic) also alot of times the fathers never win custody and my father didnt because my mother claims he abused me (he didnt) so from someone who has experienced it before and basically all of …
