I have seen the Alpha Beta dynamic in real life. I've had girls make me wait while I found out that they hook up with dudes immediately that they thought were hotter. I have also been the guy a girl wanted to hookup with immediately as well. I don't think I could ever date a woman knowing they have fucked a dude without going through any courtship and its safe to say a majority of women have done that at least once.

A friend of mine said therapy because apparently she said I may have suffered "narcissistic abuse" from my mom. Idk if a therapist could change my views about women but why not give it a shot my insurance covers it.

Yea I agree I think she was probably trying prove something to her girlfriends that she could make a guy that was attractive to other women wait. It was some sort of ego thing where she wanted to prove that she could be the modern woman and live a traditional lifestyle too.

No she told me that she's tired of the "college life" and she like confessed to me how she's hooked up in the past with other dudes but she doesn't anymore supposedly. Looking back at it she might have been trying to be honest about her past but it doesn't negate the fact that she probably fucked those dudes hoping they would date her because she knows she couldn't wait cause they were alpha in her eyes.

Im only 24. Im glad I figured this out early so I avoid red flags easily. Yes I have trauma we all do. I do take accountability for red flags I missed. Unless the woman was raped/physically coerced into a relationship with threats, Its hard for me to empathize with them because they willingly look past the red flags. What bothers me is their victim mentality. Like everyone around them is crazy. They need to take accountability for their role in those relationships.

Yes also to add women want a kind sensitive guy always after they have been ran through. They never come to those conclusions earlier its after they hooked up with the hot toxic dudes that they want to do ltr and be "treated right". Knowing this dynamic is why I don't date women my age cause they're all packed to the gills with trauma.

As long as women expect men to be the initators and not see men as individuals with different personalities, yes more men will confide into social isolation.
