It's an interesting idea for sure. What exactly are these rewards that when it comes down to it are really the incentive to keep motivated here?

To me this makes sense - They trust your judgement enough to spend their own personal time on your recommendation. It also gives them additional conversational possibilities with you later on. Consuming your media implies they're interested in you(r interests) to some degree. However I think it's a bit different between two possible scenarios here: You recommended some sort of media, or you actually created said media. I think there's a big difference there.

For me, it's "If I don't do it right fucking now, I'll regret it later." It is better to regret doing something than to regret not doing it.

Well put in every way shape and form. Pick up/seduction material in my opinion barely if at all applies to long term relationships. It's the beginning phase only really. That being said some inner game always applies regardless, but that's a smaller amount of material.

Getting over the "fear of showing interest" was probably a defining moment for me. Once you realize that the world isn't going to blow up when you do, you start to take more risks and be more aggressive. In reality, taking risks is really the only way to improve at anything.

Meditation is just fantastic, and can really improve a lot of aspects of your life, especially your inner game. In a way meditation can teach you how to control your thought processes. You can begin to understand and control your feelings and mood much more efficiently. Meditation can also help relieve stress and help you think clearly. I can't really describe it better than that, it's more of something that you have to experience than communicate to others. With that in mind, besides the smalle…

I was considering writing this almost exact thing a couple days ago. I guess a fair amount of people went through this thinking process at some point. It's quite right though, a preliminary requirement to embracing the "Just do it" mentality.

I was reading this half out-loud and I had to stop for a minute to let the end of that sentence sink in. Then, of course, I burst into laughter.

Good to see you picked your balls up off the floor afterwards. I learned that one the hard way as well. Always be prepared to follow up your opener with actual conversation material.

I've been missing that drive that used to motivate me to talk to girls Something wrong with your penis? Just kidding. I find the best thing to get the ball rolling is a goal and a lot of motivation. From what you say I'm guessing your just going with the flow at the moment, and you don't really have any set goals or desires that you can work towards. Set some goals of some sort - be it a certain number of closes, a LTR, whatever...Just something to work towards, something that you want.

I recon you should have just gone up and talked to her at the beach - who knows, maybe she didn't get the text(s)? For the future, always try for in person communication over texting. No need to text people if you're a couple feet away. That's the time to grow a pair and walk right up to them.

I wouldn't recommend it as a nick/pet name but on a rare occasion it's not too bad. Possible things it could bring up though: Age Differences Associating you with her father/any possible Daddy issues (not always a bad thing neccesarily) You could potentially be labelled as a friend depending on the interpretation On the flip side, it's also suggests superiority/dominance in a way. Entirely depends on the context really.

Sounds like you have to motivation to change, you just need to know what and how to do it. The biggest thing here I think is breaking out of this default beta mentality, and learning how to channel alpha on demand. Just a shot in the dark but I'd say you need to see some real examples of strong alpha behavior, something to try to look up to, mimic, and eventually own. As for losing steam after closes, you'd need to elaborate a bit. You could potentially be too aggressive/come off as needy, or pe…

There's a saying in the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" that goes a little bit like "a toothache means more to an individual than 50 earthquakes anywhere on the globe". People are self centered - it's true. We often get obsessed that people are busy judging us after the fact but they're really not - often times something we consider to be a horribly embarrassing moment is often forgotten by the others present - because they're not the one that was embarrassed. A good laugh was had…

Definitely start slower first - If it's been a few months you're pushing it asking her out over the phone. You are (depending on the history) more or less starting from square one again here, and you wouldn't call a random number and ask out whoever answered. I'd say casual remote chit-chat via text/phone/whatnot and then follow with something more casual than a movie date.

If done right, this (or something like it) isn't that bad of an idea.

Body language and eye contact are key with this type of thing. If your body language is abnormal or strange compared to most other people then it's going to look like something's up. An excellent thing to keep in mind for body language is to be deliberate and purposeful - with your walk, your sitting, every movement you make. Trust can also be developed with physical interaction - there's lots of reading material around for working on that. As for eye contact - Shifty eyes would be a big cause o…

Excellent things to learn. It's amazing how similar these principles are to a lot of pua material.
