2	Don't hide how you feel. Men are allowed to feel sad. I don't think they meant crying itself is weakness but that being unable to control when to cry is weakness. Like shit, sometimes there's no time to cry and shit needs to be done. Other times, you can cry for relief then set on a plan. But to be unable to get past one's emotion and end up incapacitated into inaction is pretty fucking weak. How would you help someone like that? You can sympathize, but it's really hard to empathize.
