When I attended pre-marriage couciling, as I highly recommend everyone should do, we did an exercise on spending expectations. Both partners are asked the question, "How much should the other be able to spend without talking about it first?" This is marriage 101. If the financial situation changes this needs to be re-addressed, whether it be for better or for worse (pun kind of intended). The lack of maturity on both sides leads me to believe this isn't the only issue plaguing their relationship…

I mean, 30-60 years is no slap on the wrist and the dude got life. As judge of my own thoughts, I'm ruling them equally responsible for the poor girls abuse and death. Some justice was served, be it a bit lop-sided. I can't imagine her getting out 4.5 years early for good behaviour, but if she does, she'll be over 50 y/o and on parole. Her life will pretty much be over anyhow.

This was in England. If this were in the US, especially the state I live in, I have no doubt she would have a much longer sentence with loss of license for probably 15 years. It depends on what you want from her. If its just sex you're interested in. Act really pissed off when she responds and tell her to get her sorry ass to you ASAP. If its a potential dating scenario, don't text. However she responds, call her back and keep calls short, sweet, and to the point.
