Even Roe (of Roe v Wade) later regretted her decisions and the landmark case itself, stating afterwards that she thought abortion was morally wrong and wished she had never gotten involved. It doesn't mean that Roe v Wade verdict is cheapened. I read the entire fucking thread on TwoX. Having almost never gone there, it was surprising to see the open-mindedness of the comments. If anything, it gave a nice middle-ground to the fucking nutso radfems. Seriously, go read it, they're almost as outraged as MensRights. Do you think judges and juries don't base their opinions off of evidence? I'm not saying bias isn't there, I'm just not willing to buy it accounts for that much. I have hard statistics and you have ineffable conjecture, saying there's a bias doesn't quantify anything or provide sufficient evidence that the difference is caused by the bias.
