Gee, lighten up, this was a rant... I went to my attorney first, I told him my issues with her, and he tells me this is contempt. There were several issues that he felt were contempt, and advised me that since it was contempt that this bypassed mediation. Then he waited 6 weeks to file. I have a court date early next month. Now a couple of weeks before court he calls, and tells me that, her lawyer called and chastised him for filling late(i agree with her lawyer on this) and says she'll ask for …

I went through mediation 3 times with her, she wasted 8 hours each time, with no resolition at each one. And it wasn't that cheap. If it goes to mediation I'm dropping my case, or whatever the term is now. Was it a big deal what she did, yea. But, I've moved on with my life, and just have better things to do than pay lawyers. I really thought since it was a court order it would be enforceable not negotiable.

Here's my advice...Just go with it, Rebuild your life. You are facing a uphill battle that you will never be satisfied with the outcome. But, you can rebuild your life. I fought tooth and nail to get what limited visitation I have. And all that happened was my lawyer got paid well. But the time I didn't have the kids, I hated it at first I was a wreck. But someone who was much further along in the struggle, let go, It's hard at first but you eventually learn to enjoy your down time. Make friends…

The cop was telling me this out of frustration, pointing out how its not fair. He took the report seriously, and even pointed out the parts of the parenting plan that she violated. The cop was on my side on this one.

48 Fucking awesome, way better. Didn't get the settlement I wanted, didn't get the visitation I wanted, and she still tried to raise hell about the kids. But I have an awesome wife now who I knew from my college days. And my ex is a miserable bitter woman. who needs constant reminders of the visitation agreement MDA and parenting plan. And while shes focused on trying to be controling, of me, someone whould could care less. Im moving on with my life.

I guess what Im getting at is that she's saying control your dog, and he's doing everything but controling his dog. Calling the cops is excessive.

Instead of saying Im sorry I'll control my dog, he try's to play the race card. There's a type of pass being played here but it isn't a pussy pass.

She wasn't even interested in the kids until the divorce.

To get decent visitation with my children. And there are plenty of assets. I've tried to walk away from everything to get her to sign. Theres A $500,000 house with $250,000 equity. but when they have money and family court being what it is, I cant even just say fuck it, take it all. Right now the issue is she put so much bullshit in the parenting plan that you could be held in contempt for not scanning and sending test results to her. (thats just an example) the document has a whole lot of claus…

Yea, Just sell the house, lol. Like have any of these people divorced before? Man all I can say is if she's got money and you have money this can drag on forever. Maybe u could default on it...maybe, depending what the court says. I know my aunt had a situation where she couldn't evict someone so she removed the front door for refinishing for 3 weeks. You might be able to do something creative like that. You probably have to maintain the property, but you could have cable/water/electricity turne…

Maybe, just maybe things were bad before he cheated. To the point that he really doesn't like her. I cheated on my spouse, and can't stand her. But there was a lot of bad that led up to the cheating. And 16 years is long enough to get tired of someones shit. He may not be telling you everything about the relationship, for example why was he emotionaly available to cheat.

Fuck Man I feel for you I went through the same think. No depression but had to go to 8 months of counseling to see my kids. The DV and the whole thing. I don't have any answers as Im still going through my ordeal. Maybe keep your nose clean, and never argue with anyone until its over. Its so easy for your spouse to make an accusation and you have to prove it didn't happen in these situations.

ROTFLMAO. Marital counseling is such a waste of time. If shes fucking up now do you think shes going to stop fucking up if you tell your woes to a total stranger while shes in the room...No it wont help, it will make things worst. Now each of you attending individual counciling is different and more helpful. You might even decide its time to leave, which is what I did.

I get it, just right now Im not sure how to proceed, Do I fire my attorney and get a new one possibly setting this back because the new one wants his pound of flesh too. Do I fire my attorney and coast til she meets someone else(i wish she would) gets tired. Is there a way I can go infront of the judge agd get this bullshit stopped, Last time I was in front of the judge he admonished the attorneys to wrap this up, it had only been 2 years at that point...hell I even agreed to the shittiest MDA i…

That seems the way this is going. I just wish there was some way just force it you know draw a line in the sand and say no more. But yeah this is been a learning experience and if anyone wants to know how to drag out a court case just ask me I can tell you all the tricks she pulled.

She is gonna say all kinds of shit, and her friends are gonna be like take him for all her worth. As far as your security clearance goes, just dont lie to the investigators when it comes time to renue. spill your guts to them, most military are divorced, we get it.

So all she has to do is respond and it drags it out more? That's the problem mine is responding.

Man I think you're going about it with the wrong attitude. Women have all the power trust me as someone who's been trying to get my divorce done for 3 years you'll be better off just to roll over on your back give her what she wants on day one, and walk the fuck away so you can recover. When I think about all the money I spent on attorneys, all the missed retirement investments, All the missed relationships because I am still tied to her ass. You want to fight smart, not hard my friend.

Monica is the victim of one person Linda Tripp. She had a fling with the pres, a private feather in her cap that put her in league with Marylin Monroe(in her mind). She bragged in confidence to Linda Tripp. Who took Monicas private event public. and destroyed her public reputation. Monica said so her self in past interviews. Anyway u slice it Monica is a victim, this was going to stay her and Bills secret.

I beat this very issue but I had to go to court. she had to prove that something had changed that required a new daycare. my arguement was that Im all for a better daycare when the divorce is over. but not while we both have legal fees to pay. the judge agreed

Girl have been distracting for boys since the beginning of time. From showing ankle back in the 1880s to back in my day 1980s when occasionally seeing a panty waist band would make you loose you mind. And its never gonna change, just get used to it and try not to look like a creep...and enjoy the view.

So true, I hit the jackpot when it comes to women, cute, likes to fuck, likes to cook and clean. But lets get back to the likes to fuck part, I get it when I want it. but still I jerk off some times. It's not as much work, and I still get a sense of varity. At soon as the price point gets to about $250 to $1000 on real dolls and they pair it with some ai. the dating world will change again.

This so much, i read some of these post, and think I would never get laid if I did this stuff. I think its less about dont do this or that or you wont get laid...its more about "think about what you do and how it will be precieved with every interaction". And judged by what people say here I could be Chad(80 women aint a bad number) although I don't feel like it. But the main take away here, you can fuck up thes rules right and left and still get laid, as long as you know when your comming off a…

I'm not talking about hiding behind text. But if I go out with a girl usually on the way home I'll tell her I had a great time. And then the next day around the time I assume she's going to bed I'll send her a text get a little conversation going if I can pull a nude from her then I know I'm banging her the next time I see her. Now I know you'll never see it my way because perhaps this method doesn't work for you but it does work for me and I found that women under 35 expect a little bit of text…

Its definitely an age thing, for girls over 35 texting is hit or miss, under 35 it can get you nudie pics and speed up the process. Texting as forplay is a thing. Just go easy on the dick pics.
